- and is confirmed by an official PRAVILIFE certificate.
Training hours accumulate into a single professional trajectory.
A Transparent Hour-Based System
Clear, cumulative training hours
PRAVILIFE education is built on a clear, cumulative hour system.
If a student’s goal is a higher certification, for example, Pravi Master — PM108, they complete all required foundational levels first.
Example:
To obtain Pravi Master (PM108), a student completes:
- Pravi Guide — 27 hours
- Pravi Instructor — 27 additional hours
- Advanced Master Training — 54 additional hours
- Total: 108 hours
This ensures:
- safety,
- methodological integrity,
- and true professional competence.
There are no shortcuts.
Training Levels Overview
Level 1
Pravi Guide — Foundations of Personal Practice
PG27 | 27 hours | $945
Hybrid format: online theory + in-person practice
This level establishes a safe and conscious foundation for working with spinal decompression and the PRAVILIFE method.
You learn how to practice independently, understand your body, and prepare for professional training.
This level is required for all further certifications.
Level 2
Pravi Instructor — Professional Client Work
PI54 | 54 hours (27 additional hours) | $945
This is the first professional certification level.
You learn how to:
- work with clients safely and ethically,
- assess basic body patterns,
- guide sessions with clarity and presence,
- and apply PRAVILIFE protocols in real practice.
If you enroll directly in Pravi Instructor, you complete both Pravi Guide (27h) + Pravi Instructor (27h) as one professional pathway.
Specialization
Pravi Loop Instructor — Cervical & Thoracic Decompression
Specialized Certificate | 4–5 days | $500
In-person or online
A focused professional training in spinal decompression using PRAVI LOOP devices.
This specialization emphasizes:
- cervical and thoracic spine work,
- breath-led decompression,
- yoga and movement therapy integration.
Pravi Loop Instructor training:
- can be taken independently, or
- counts toward Pravi Master (PM108) requirements.
Level 3
Pravi Master — Advanced Therapeutic Bodywork
PM108 | 108 hours | $1890
This advanced level prepares practitioners to work with:
- complex physical patterns,
- long-term transformation processes,
- nervous system regulation,
- and deeper therapeutic applications of the method.
Graduates operate at a high professional and therapeutic level within the PRAVILIFE system.
Level 4
Experienced Pravi Master — Verified Professional Status
E-PM369 | 261 hours / 2 years | $108/year
This level confirms real-world professional experience.
To obtain this status, practitioners document:
- at least 261 hours of teaching or client sessions over two years.
This is not a course — it is official recognition of mastery and experience within the PRAVILIFE system.
Level 5
Pravi School — Teaching & Certification Authority
PS108 | 108 hours | $3780 | $108/year
Available only to Experienced Pravi Masters.
This level grants the right to:
- teach PRAVILIFE programs,
- and certify Pravi Instructors (PI54).
This is the highest level of responsibility, authority, and trust within the system.
